The focus of the position is to process various types of transactions, conduct data validation, data entry, and/or other clerical type functions for client’s accounts. Specific processes and procedures for the position will be dependent upon individual client assignment.•Learns, understands and appropriately applies various client and account type programs, as well as applicable regulatory requirements and rules.•Uses intuitive computer systems and applications to perform assigned clerical duties.•Compile and verify accuracy of information from various sources based upon assignment.•Sort information according to priorities based upon criteria defined for the assignment, and prepare source data for entry into systems.•Accurately enter data of various types of customer and account information (text and numerical) from source documents into systems within assigned time limits agreed upon and established for the process by the client and Performant management.•Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.•May make phone calls to various entities to validate information and/or status of certain processes.•Effectively follow procedures and instructions for assigned client processes and apply data program techniques for systems.•Maintains strict confidentiality of client data.•Effectively escalates questions or process issues to supervisor.•Arrives to work on-time, works assigned shift(s), and maintains regular attendance.•Follows and complies with company and departmental policies, processes and procedures.•Responsible for utilizing resources to ensure compliance with client requirements as well as any applicable federal or state regulations.•Successfully completes, retains, applies and adheres to content in required training as assigned including, but not limited to, client and/or departmental training, system or application training, information security and privacy, anti-harassment and other compliance and policy/ procedure trainings.•Consistently achieve or exceed established productivity, quality, compliance or other metrics and goals assigned.•Demonstrates Performant core values in performance of job duties and all interactions.•Correct areas of deficiency and oversight received from quality reviews and/or management.•Other duties and assignments as required to meet business needs•Telework or work from assigned office as may be required based upon business needs in adherence with Company policies and requirements. *Note - All employees and contractors for Performant Financial may and/or will have access to Sensitive, Proprietary, Confidential and/or Public data. •6-12 months of relevant experience demonstrating requirements for the job, is preferred.•High School diploma or GED is requiredMUST HAVE EXISTING HIGH SPEED INTERNET AT HOME OFFICE LOCATION
