Recovery Associate

Responsibilities:
The Recovery Associate offers programs to borrowers while gathering information about their financial situation to match them with an appropriate solution in regards to their consumer purchases. This position requires collections and negotiations with borrowers as necessary.

• Work from scripts
• Negotiate with borrowers to collect delinquent accounts
• Accurately complete the collection process for clients
• Adhere to all industry standards
• Manage and prioritize prospective pipeline and follow-up during appropriate time frames to initiate and close delinquent accounts
• Meet or exceed individual and team goals
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

• Ability to stay focused in a team structured call center environment

Physical Requirements:

• Sit/stand/walk 8-12 hours/day
• Lift/carry/push/pull under and over 10lbs occasionally
• Keying frequency, handling, reaching, fine manipulation
Education and Experience:


• At least 12 months current related work experience in industries such as debt collections, investigation skills, skip tracing, call center background, outside sales, loan servicing, finance, banking or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED
